One of my best friend and I were being extremely unfortunate. Our phone got stolen at the other day when we have jogging around the park nearby. The sense of insecurities didn't implant until the unfortunate day. It was a painful and expensive lesson for me. I've never thought of the possibilities that would happen.
On the particular day , we put our phone in car's drawer as usual. This is not the first time we did that. We dropped from car and started to jog. We were having a good time sweating and chatting around while having exercise. We don't even look at our car once as it is good as it is. After finishing our jogging and we got up in car. I was looking for my phone once I got up in car as someone might call me for something. Now the unbelievable part happens , I was failed to find my phone and my friend's as well. I though she might put it somewhere else. But then I figured she aren't joking cause what I see was only HER LICENSE and IDENTITY CARD inside the car's drawer.
We're trembling as hell and I was grasping for air. I inhale numerous enormous amount of air , trying to calm myself down cause my friend is obviously losing control. We're trying to figure out what to do next. We have no money with us and what if something even worse happen? I can't even imagine it for one second. My mind just shut and went blanked. We decided to back my house cause it would be safer to have some money with us and we need to tell our family what exactly happened.
My friend was crying and trembling all over and I'm extraordinary calm. We went to the nearby shopping mall to get our phone number back and back my home planing for the next. She was planing on new phone while I'm still thinking it's better for me without a smart phone cause it distracts me from study. Hmm , it wasn't a total bad thing for me maybe. But it's not a cheap phone and it functioned so well for me. It's front camera feature was the best I've ever came across to all the smart device of my friends.
I was being busy finding a phone. Lucky me , my cousin just got back her phone from endless repairment in factory. So I got another phone after my phone got stolen. I couldn't be more thankful to my cousin. My friend was thrilled cause she'd another plan for her new phone and it doesn't cost as much as she thought it would be.
I was following her plan , a new phone that has good features , reviews and most importantly , it didn't cost as much like Iphone. Okay, I don't need an Iphone.
Everyone is making the joke that the release of New IPHONE-- Iphone 6. It's extremely costly cause I'm still a FULL TIME STUDENT. Even if I'm capable , I would never waste my money on that cause obviously there are plenty of other choices which have the almost same feature or even better than IPHONE at the same time didn't cost as much as that.
This is no doubt a huge loss for me. I was losing part of my photos , but thankfully not all. I remain thankful for GOOGLE auto store my photo in GOOGLE DRIVE. Now , I've lost a phone. I remain guilty as I should be. Both of our parents have no words on us but remain grateful both of us didn't bring our whole wallet and purse. Firstly , they're branded and costly. Second , we have all our debit card inside and it would be such troublesome to make a new one after the cancellation and those new password thingy , I'm not good and having zero patient at it. Third , we're poor , we can't bear any loss.
I paid for the lessons so better make it worth. Time after time , I'm still struggling for it.
I've learned , I've taken it. For the thief , there's karma , everyone of us believe in that. You've made others life hard and GOD will punish you in a way that you should. WAIT FOR IT!
My phone , I just bought it like 5 months. It's still under warranty and it function perfectly well. It's my first smart phone. I was being sentimental and this is not necessary.
So, advice for everyone , don't ever put your phone inside your car even it's perfectly covered and invisible to anyone. Thief has a way to get it. ALWAYS NOTE THAT!
